Buffalo Raceway, located on The Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY, will be hosting a Fall Handicapping Contest in October.  This contest will pit Thoroughbred bettors against Harness players.  October 5 and 19 tracks are Belmont and Keeneland while October 12 and 26 tracks will be Batavia and Woodbine for the Harness bettors.  The top 5 finishers each week will compete in the Fall Handicapping Contest Final on Breeders’ Cup Friday, November 1 with Aqueduct, Santa Anita, Batavia and Woodbine the designated tracks. 

 

The Grand Prize Winner November 1 will receive a $1,250 wagering voucher to be used on any track Breeders’ Cup Saturday November 2.  Second and third place finishers will also receive wagering vouchers on Breeders’ Cup Saturday.

 

Contestants should arrive 30 minutes prior to the first post to allow time for registration. Entry is only $20 for the contests and includes past performance programs for participating tracks.
