A valid NYS Racing and Wagering Board license is required for all horsemen and employees.
A representative from the NYS Racing and Wagering Board will be at the track to provide licenses every race night one hour before first post.
All new licensees are encouraged to get fingerprinted at L-1 Services, for a list of their locations click here.
Buffalo Raceway Track Badges will be issued in the Race Office on all race nights starting 30 minutes before first post
