Per New York State law mutuel tickets that were issued in 2009 must be redeemed by April 1, 2010. Over $52,000 of winning tickets sold at Buffalo Raceway have yet to be claimed. There are also nearly $5,000 of vouchers that are unclaimed, along with over $8,000 of refunded tickets.
