General Rules

1.  Players must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

2.  Cost of each entry is into a qualifying round is $20.00 (no limit on the amount of entries).  The top TWO players from each qualifying round will be entered into the Buffalo Raceway Final on April 1, 2006.  The Final will consist of eight (8) separate players - once you have qualified, you are not eligible to win another seat in the Final.  In the event of a canceled racing day at Buffalo Raceway, the qualifying round will be held during the next live racing program.

3.  Each $20.00 entry receiver an individually numbered packet containing 10 mythical $200.00 win/place wager forms.  Five (5) of the ten (10) mythical wagers will be accepted on any horse at Buffalo Raceway.  The other five (5) may be used on any hors at The Meadowlands of Buffalo Raceway (one bet per horse).  Each bet will be  $200.00 win/place and you may bet on more than one horse in the same race with each bet being one of your mythical wagers.  In the event of a track cancellation, a substitute track will be added on day of event.  In the event of a late scratch, contestants will be allowed to re-bet.  In the case of the last race of the day , if a horse is scratched at post time and contestant does not get the re-bet in before the start of the race, the contestant loses that bet.  NO EXCEPTIONS. No If/Go bets.

4.  Qualifiers must be present at the Final on Saturday April 1, 2006

5.  All players are welcome.  If a player holds a 2006 Harness Racing License issued by any one of the 50 United States or Canada, they will not be eligible to select a race in which a horse owned, trained, or driven by said player is entered.  Violating this rule will cause the player to be disqualified form the contest with no refund.

6.  All participants agree to have their name and/or image appear in any future publicity material.

7.  In case of any disputes, all decisions of Buffalo Trotting Association management are final.  Buffalo Trotting Association reserves the right to make changes to the rules and format if it is deemed necessary.
